Dr. Thakker on the first visit listened patiently asked me what I wanted and got straight to looking deep into my ears and nose to find out my brain was leaking fluid and I had an infection in the left side of my head. He ordered an MRI and CT scan and had it done with a few days after the insurance approved it. Erika the front staff amazing women. All of them were kind and patient even when I couldnt find the place. Ignore these bad reviews. I am a critically ill patient with severe lung disease and have had 5 ear surgeries in the past. 4 for chlostompia and 1 reconstructive surgery. Dr. Thakker got straight to the point. I highly recommend this doctor.

Please bring a person to your appointment with you and then he will treat you with respect . He dismissed my concerns and didn’t care about the pain I was in from surgery . Rushed through the appointment and questions I had

Dr Thakkar performed sinus surgery on me. It was a complex and severe problem. He walked me thru exactly what would happen and how I would feel. Everything he explained was accurate. I've had multiple pre-op and post-op visits to his office and they have always been on time. Could not have had a better experience along with the fact I can now live normally day to day without a constant sinus infection.

On time arrival but had to wait 50 minutes. New patient. Removed small piece of wax and had brief conversation. Less than 10 minutes with doctor. 160 bucks, haven’t met deductible. Didn’t take American Express. Expressed my sticker shock to office clerk. She blabbed insurance mambo jumbo about my deductible. Please shred my file. Never going back.

Doesn't listen and was not nice to me and hurt me during exam on purpose ! Rude not caring. Bad mood. Bad communication skills. Never have I had doctor treat me in such a manner maybe because I'm a woman perhaps.

I am very grateful to Dr. Thakkar for returning my voice back. I'd had a hoarse voice for many years, and it became worse and worse. Dr Thakkar made a surgery for me, and now my voice sounds perfectly fine. Also, he has an awesome staff and everyone there is happy to help in any way they can. Thanks to everyone who cares about me, especially, to you Dr. Thakkar!

Diagnosed and fixed my problem promptly.

Dr Thakkar is very great physician. He is kind and compassionate with me. And spells out a care plan for he and I to follow . the girls in the office Brie, and Alex are very helpful and kind when I have an appointment, it is like going to a reunion of close friends. Thank You !!!!!

Great staff and very on-the-ball. Excellent physician who really knows the ENT field. I have never waited longer than a few minutes to be seen. They will answer a question any time I have one. Dr. Thakkar is very kind and is helping me with my ears.
