Dr. Kunjal Patel, MD

One of the worst and most unprofessional medical offices I have ever encountered. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kunjal Patel on April 14, 2025, for a visit on April 16, 2025. I even called the office on April 13 and 14 to confirm everything. Then, shockingly, I received a call on April 15, just one day before my appointment, informing me that the doctor refused to see me. The office administrator told me that the doctor didn’t want to treat me because I had seen another primary care doctor previously. This is outrageous and absolutely unacceptable. As a patient, I have the full right to seek care from any physician I choose. If I was not satisfied with one provider, I am entitled to a second opinion or better treatment elsewhere. Refusing medical care simply because I saw another doctor in the past is discriminatory, unethical, and potentially dangerous—especially since I was recently hospitalized and they had access to all my… medical records through the RWJBarnabas Health system. This is not how real healthcare works. This doctor and office completely ignored my needs, showed zero professionalism, and denied me care when I needed it most. No compassion, no responsibility, no ethics. This facility should not even be allowed to operate. The doctor should be reported and have their license reviewed. Shame on this office. This is not medicine—this is negligence and abuse of power. Avoid at all costs.
