Dr. Mavunda and her team have been with me since I was a child with severe respiratory issues. Her decision making and treatments have allowed me to overcome some very severe cases of asthma and complications because of it. There is not another healthcare professional I trust more with my lung health. In addition to her expert knowledge of the airway, I've also received vaccines from her in order to travel internationally. Her team has always felt like a family to me & Dr. Mavunda has been the best healthcare professional & choice for me. After being frustrated going to the Pediatricians office repeatedly and being prescribed Albuterol over and over again with no answers, I went to see Dr.Mavunda. She is very detailed and asked many questions about my daughters diet, environment, and was able to determine the reason why my daughter continued to get sick repeatedly. She is very thorough, caring, and seeks to find answers. She doesn't rush you through the office visit to write you a prescription and send you home. I highly recommend her if you have a child that is continuously getting sick with respiratory issues. She is wonderful.
