3rd time now I've tried to leave my bad review. As I've tried to say but this site won't let me speak my truth. Dr Chad wasn't picked by me, rather my insurance. Have had nothing but bad things between his know it all nurse practitioners that don't listen & prescribed antidepressants without even telling me or discussing. Im an amputee 50, with other health issues. After being on pain meds for 6 months, I ran out a little early and have asked for a few pills until my prescription is due to renew, 5 days! For 5 days I have gotten no response, no help, just a script for antidepressants because my pain must be in my head!!! Wouldn't let them treat a dog. Office staff is great!

Dr Chad’s office is easy to find and easy to get to with no elevators and steps to climb. He took as much time as we needed to answer questions and discuss the diagnosis and treatment plan. We are very pleased with his care and his office staff is very kind and helpful

Dr Chads office was easy to find and easy to get to with no elevators or steps. He was very patient and explained the diagnosis and treatment plan and his office staff too is very kind and easy to work with.
