Dr. Kurt Fribley Francis

I haven't seen Dr. Francis yet, but is office is managed poorly. I called his office 3 times to set up an appointment and to make sure my insurance was lined up properly. I showed up the day of my appointment and was turned away because they hadn't received my medical records. When I was scheduling my appointment I asked a couple times if there was anything else they needed (I could have easily had my records sent over) and I was told I was good to go. I also live an hour away and spent the better portion of my afternoon driving out to his office only to be told I had to reschedule. I wasn't called in advance and told I couldn't come in either. To make matters worse, the receptionist told me if I had an issue, to take it up with scheduling, as if it's my job to ensure their office is running properly.

Dr Francis listens well and addresses concerns in a down to earth manner with accurate information and helpful, complete instructions. I appreciate him very much.

I have found Dr. Francis, to be very knowledgeable about my pulmonary care. I like that he listens to me and is very calm in his mannerisms.

My first visit to Dr Kurt Francis was a pleasant surprise. His entire staff were courteous, professional and friendly. His tech assistant, Julie, who administered the measurements and tests of my lung capacities and capabilities was most pleasant, thorough and professional. Dr Francis was warm, friendly and spoke in terms that I, a layman, could easily understand. He encouraged me to exercise despite my extreme shortness of breath and made some adjustments to my inhalers. I recommend this pulmonary specialist and his team to anyone without qualification or hesitation.
