Dr. Kurt F Jensen, MD

One of the worst dental experiences of my life! I needed a tooth pulled, and before the Novocain took full effect (or maybe he didn't give me enough), he was holding me down, while I was trying to tell him to stop. The pain was intense! He ended up cutting my tooth into 5 pieces to get it out. I will never, ever go back and I would not recommend that anyone else go to him either.

Painful experience! My daughter had trouble waking up from anesthesia but they kept pushing us to leave. One socket became infected so three times she was prescribed antibiotics. Our family dentist finally said we needed to make the surgeon open it back up to remove any particles that were left behind before her jaw became infected. He was not very happy to hear from our dentist or to do the procedure but he did. He did extract more than one particle from the socket. She now has a dip in the back of her mouth because it wasn't stitched properly but we're not going back again. We made an appointment as directed to have him look one more time and when we went for the appointment her name was not even in the system. After this train wreck of an ordeal I owed a couple hundred dollars and asked if they would simply eat the cost for all the trauma that she experienced. They wanted us to sign a release saying that we would not give bad reviews or try to come after them. I refused, I… wanted to do this quietly rather than make public but I will pay my bill and give a bad review since that is the choice they gave me. I would not recommend this office.

Dr. Jensen and Dr.Primavera are great.. no pain at all during or after having extractions. The staff here are super nice and show a great amount of compassion and understanding with patients.. I would rate Dr. Jensen office a 10++.
