He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, and Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Knechtel is committed to continuing education; he is always mastering the latest dental tools and procedures in order to bring his patients the highest quality dental care available. In his free time Dr. Knechtel enjoys spending time with his wife Shamaine, and his four …children—Shayler, Wyatt, Teagan, and Brock. When he isn’t busy coaching his sons in football, baseball, or wrestling, he is serving as a scoutmaster in the Boy Scouting program. His other hobbies include fly-fishing, water skiing, and golfing.
