Nobody at this office ever answers the phone so it's impossible to get an appointment. The person who answers phones should be fired!

Dr. Piening is extremely knowledgeable and spends a good amount of time with me as a patient, which I value. As an elderly individual, when I have questions about medications, he is always very patient and explains everything in terms I can understand. I have a lot of confidence in him.

I am from a Specialists office calling Dr. Piening's office about a referral, so far I have been on hold for 20 minutes and no one has even answered the call. If this was my doctors office, I would change my PCP. I think that this is entirely too long to wait for someone to pick up the phone!

I LOVE DR PEINING

Dr. Piening has been my doctor for 15+ years and I've always thought very highly of him. He's easy to talk to and always takes his time and makes you feel comfortable and well cared for. The staff is great but admittedly when calling Boonselick Medical Group you will often wait a very long time before getting to talk to someone but that would be my only complaint. I consider myself lucky to have him as a doctor.

Dr Piening is the definition of compassion, respect, and dignity for patients. Sure you may have to wait occasionally but you need to think about it...he gives ALL his patients the time they need. He doesn't spend his time looking at his watch. I have entrusted many family members to him...these are people I love.

Dr. Piening is SO EASY to talk to. He doesn't make you feel uncomfortable about asking questions, so you get all your questions answered. He has provided the treatment I need and in friendly atmosphere. He's a good guy!
