Summary
Dr. Kurt Scheetz is a native of Youngstown, Ohio. He attended Ohio State University for his undergraduate studies as well as dental school. Dr. Scheetz then completed a one year General Practice Residency at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Youngstown. He moved to Southport in 1990 and, along with his wife, Kathy, and three children Lauren, LeighAnn, and Thomas, has called it home ever since. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society. Dr. Scheetz enjoys attending continuing education courses on the topics of endodontics, oral surgery, implants, and pharmacology. In his free time, he is an avid fisherman and gardener.
