Dr. Kurt Richard Wengerter

Dr. Wengerter is an outstanding surgeon, by all appearances, a humble man. No bells or weasels but what he does is to save lives. Dr. Wengerter is kind, caring and an artist in his craft. After half day in surgery with other patients, for sure saving them too, he did a ten and a half hour abdominal bypass surgery on my Dad and simply saved my father’s legs. I can’t imagine how life would have been like if Dad had lost his legs. Other doctors describe Dr. Wengerter’s work as exquisite, delicate needle point. It is amazing that there are people in this world, like Dr. Wengerter, with such an awesome skill, that have such a profound impact on others, who have such blessed hands. I have been told that his son, Dr. Sean Wengerter, is a great Vascular Surgeon too. What an incredible legacy! We are deeply grateful.

This MD is highly competent, patient-oriented, and most supportive. Easily explains process to take place, why, how, and answers other patient questions. Commands associates’ respect and appreciation. Always cheerful and cooperative. Understands patient feelings and worries more than most. Excellent MD/surgeon.
