Prior to joining Carilion in 2013, Dr. Moyer held several positions including Assistant Professor of Surgery at Pennsylvania State University, 2008, and Medical Director of Hershey Cosmetic Surgery Center in 2010. He now serves as Carilions Plastic and Reconstructive Department Chief. Throughout his medical career, Dr. Moyer has contributed to nearly 40 publications and continues to be a vital resource for plastic and reconstructive surgical needs in our community. Outside of the operating room, he enjoys spending time with his wife Ainsley and their three children.

Doctor Kurtis Moyer is very knowledgeable, he conducts a through exam, and explains in an understandable way. He also has a friendly manner. Staff was very helpful in providing information prior to my appointment and scheduling surgery was very straight forward.

Blessed to have been truly transformed by the skilled hands of Dr Moyer. Dr Moyer was very professional and answered all my questions prior to and after my procedure. I am grateful to have found such a kind and talented surgeon.

Dr. Moyer is a great dr. I had put a necessary procedure off for many years, met with him and immediately was comfortable and found the confidence i needed to get this done. He is definitely professional and im glad he was my doctor!

Dr Moyer has a calmness about him and makes you feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable. Gives his honesty assessment of what is needed for your personal needs. I have always been please with him and continue to see him for Botox and Filler as needed. No bruising and can continue on with my day and week as planned.

I had a bulbous tip and deviated septum. I didn’t even see any other surgeons because I knew he was the only one I wanted to go to. He’s a master. The absolute best at doing noses.He is straight forward and will only recommend what he thinks is best. From start to finish the experience was pleasant. He was available on call when I called and answered my concerns. Even his bedside manner immediately after surgery was great. He checked on me and told me everything went well. If you’re thinking of getting your nose done only go to Dr Moyer. Trust me. I had a few aquaintances that have gone to him and every result looks beautifully done. Thanks for saving my face, Doc!

I can now breath thanks to Dr. Moyer I love the shape of my nose and the way I look in photos. You did an excellent job and I can not thank you enough. Dr Moyer is very caring about his patients. Before, during and all my follow up visits he spent time answering all my questions and concerns.

Dr Moyer is truly exceptional. His bedside manner is fantastic. I have never had a plastic surgeon spend as much time with me or explain things in the detail that he does both before and after my surgery. This is why I decided to come to him for my surgery and I am glad that I did. The results of my cosmetic surgery are more than I could have anticipated. Thank you Dr Moyer.
