I just want to say!!!! Dr.wirth is very professional!!!! I felt very comfortable with him!!! IAM scared to death of a dentist and I needed to have all my teeth taken out!!!!so I was scared to death!!! But it was a very good experience!!! Thank u Dr Wirth and his entire staff!!!!

So I was told to go to this dentist from my insurance company. From the moment I was taken back for xrays from the MA, she was passive aggressive and just short and rude. Then the Dr came in and he was quiet and short with me. He treated as if I was a inconvience. He scoffed at my concerns (literally laughed) and he actually argued with me on the view of my xrays (they were backwards and I wasn't sure which side I was looking at and he argued with me on how they weren't backwards. I told him I wasn't going to argue with him and he laughed at me) and he didn't want to talk to me about my concerns. He asked me "so do you want it pulled or no?" Just a very horrible experience. I left crying. Do not go to this man. He acts like he hates his job and you will not feel comfortable in his presence and you will not want him anywhere near your mouth.

My current dentist had pulled 3 teeth with no problem. He used plenty of numbing agent and waited a long time for it to take effect before starting extraction. The last tooth I needed pulled had very crooked deep roots. He thought I might have to be put under to do it. He referred me out to have that tooth pulled. That is how I wound up at Wirths office. At Wirths office the girl who took me back was extremely rude. Wirth was more rude and unprofessional. Neither one of them talk or explain things.They're very short. I had the same back tooth pulled on the other side of my mouth 25 years earlier with a different dentist. He had to stop and numb it 3 times during extraction. It hurt so bad. I told Wirth that but he didn't seem to care. He chose to do the procedure with me being awake. He… used no way near enough numbing agent (unlike my regular dentist.) Only 1 1/2 shots just in front of a very difficult ,troublesome tooth. He did not let the numbing agent take effect.He waited only 8 or 9 minutes, sitting by my side saying not a word and then began to drill and saw (as he told me.) I was in unbearable pain. Groaning and wincing from pain only got them mad. They're only response was she saying in a perturbed manner, " Keep your tongue up and over." He jerked my jaw towards him and said in an annoyed manner, "Look over here." It was a horrible, painful, nightmarish experience. *** Wirth and his assistant were very cold, rude, scary and inpatient during the extraction. They had no concern for the excrutiating pain I was in. No compassion or empathy whatsoever. """"STAY FAR AWAY"""""

My wife and I went to this oral surgery office because she needed a tooth removed. The receptionist at the front desk greeted us kindly, nothing like the rest of the staff. The MA that took her back was extremely rude to my wife like we’ve never experienced before. The dentist was also obnoxiously rude. When he asked why she was there and after my wife had told him because of a tooth removal he rolled his eyes and didn’t walk her through the process. The MA after taking her vitals swatted my wife’s hand away. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star due to us feeling unsafe in this office. I would never go back to an environment such as this.
