The front office staff was pleasant. She knew what she was doing which made the process move quickly and efficiently. Dr.O's nurse was pleasant. He makes the rooming process fun because he makes me laugh. I have enjoyed every interaction that Ive had the pleasure of getting with him. Dr.O has been the best doctor that I have been treated by in my entire 44 years of life. Dr.O is a master at his surgical craft and has perfected patient care and interactions. He makes me feel completely comfortable by listening to everything I say (even when I get off subject). He makes sure I understand what my diagnosis is and answers all my questions. Dr.O then will explain my treatment options including the pros and cons of those options. I leave the office every time so confident and knowledgeable of my plan of care. I also want to give thanks and praise to Dr.O's right hand 'wo'man. P.A. Sherma Francis is wonderful. She had me covered and taken care of with pain management and survival until my… surgery day. Her joint injection skills are top notch. The procedure was as smooth and painless as getting a flu shot. She kept me comfortable during the procedure with pushing the medication in slowly and verbally verifying with me every few seconds that I was doing ok. I genuinely feel that she is completely concerned about my care. Lastly I want to positively mention the office staff and the providers as a whole. For the first time ever, I have experienced an office and a provider that gets back to me with amazing quickness and never leaves me without a response or a conclusion to my MyChart message. This is so incredibly comforting to me. Knowing that if I have concerns or questions, I can send a message that Sherma, Dr.O or a staff member will respond within 24hrs. I am so privileged to be treated by such amazing providers and team and I can't thank them enough.

Dr. Owusu, Has been an integral part of my healing journey. He genuinely cared, listened, & provided beneficial care plans. He is a one-of-a-kind doctor and I wish there were more physicians out there that cares the way he does. I am forever grateful to have been in his care. Thank you. Dr. O.
