Dr. Kwan Kim, MD

Very rude doctor, he is condescending and extremely belligerent.

Dr. Kim would only do a very minor cosmetic surgery on my husband thigh. He claimed he could not do any more, my husband lost his lower leg due to he is not capable of taking care of it. But he did agree to transfer him out so it would be someone else problem. The minor surgery he did, he charged an enormous amount surgery fee for at most 10 minute superficial skin surgery. We asked the office for a discount which they refused to give. My husband had been in the hospital for 9 months, our medical bills are huge. Almost all the offices agreed to give at least 25% off their bill but not this one. Do not go to this doctor, all they care is making money, no skill and no compassion.

Dr Kim is the worst caregiver I have ever met! First of all, his office staff (Grace) is extremely rude (she has hung up on me multiple times already) and when I finally was able to speak with Dr Kim on the phone directly, I understood why it was that the office worker (Grace) was so rude -- she learned from the Master himself, aka Dr Kim. He also hung up the phone on me and blamed me for being rude to his office assistant and he also tried to justify why it is taking 2 weeks for me, a paid patient, to get my medical records for a surgery I had years ago. These two, Dr Kim and said office worker (Grace) go hand-in-hand as the most diabolic duo ever! I most certainly will be filing a complaint with the State Licensing board!
