Dr. Kye Annette Mansfield, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Meyers for almost 20 years. Unfortunately she has sold her practice to Dr. Mansfield and it has not been the same. I recently had an issue with my daughter having frequent headaches so I called to see if I could make an appointment to have her eyes rechecked as I thought her vision might have changed and she needed her glasses adjusted. When the office person called me back, she told me the doctor said if your daughter is having headaches you need to call her pediatrician. We can’t do anything for her. When I went to question and explain more about my daughter’s symptoms and how I felt like they were related to her eyesight the office person got very rude and short with me. I asked to leave a message for Dr. Mansfield to call me back. I still have not received a phone call from her. I called back and asked for Dr. Mansfield’s email address. I wrote her a personal email about the whole situation and still did not receive any type of reply. I called to get… mine snd my daughter’s records transferred to a new eye doctor and was never asked if there was an issue or why I was transferring my records. As a health care provider myself, the doctor/patient relationship is very important to me and after you have been seeing a doctor as long as I had in this practice you would think it would be important to them as well. Obviously though by their lack of response I am just a number and not a patient who they truly care to help.
