She is mean, selfish and careless w her anticoagulation.

The PCP I see was out of the office, as usual. I had sent a msg. asking for lab work to be ordered b/c the symptoms I was experiencing I've had before. My previous PCP would order lab work and then let me know what needed to be done. Oh no, I had to go into the office first. So I had to see Dr. Dewar. She had no personality, didn't exam me other than listen to my heart. She acted as though she'd already made up her mind before I got there what the course of action was going to be, which was nothing (as I knew would be the case), then ordered the lab work. Wouldn't it make more sense to order the lab work first, then go from there?

She was rude and made me cry. I've Never been treated so badly in my life! She needs a lesson on EMPATHY. Would NOT recommend her.

HSHS has been awful about answering their calls; I have been on hold for at least 15+ minutes every time I call the office... I have talked to multiple nurses & even tried speaking with the Office Mgr to find out why this is, but even she won’t return my calls... I don’t know what has happened out there but they really need to fix it ASAP...
