Condescending, dismissive and rude. He should have been a trial lawyer, the way he was firing questions at me. He wanted to move the appointment along as quick as possible, absolutely no consideration or care was offered. Find another doctor.

I saw Dr. Peterson at the suggestion of my regular doctor for TMJ pain. I was in his office no longer than 10 minutes and he ran a tube up my nose and back out in about 5 seconds and charged $551.00. In my opinion this charge is exorbitant and I am contesting it. I have insurance but what do people do that don't have insurance with this kind of mistreatment? In my opinion, this is worse than any scam that I have seen and at a time when all of the world is vulnerable to these kinds of things on top of dealing with the fear of COVID-2019. And by the way, he did nothing for my pain, I am seeing another ENT NOT associated with St. Luke's . Do NOT label this man a hero, he gives the real health care workers a bad name.

After seeing Dr. Peterson for just shy of 2 years for our 29 week prematurely born girl that was having difficulties with fluid build up behind her ear drums, being constantly sick, and enlarged tonsils; he refused to remove her tonsils. After having a 2nd set of ear tubes inserted and an adenoidectomy, she was sick again before her 4 week follow up. Instead of wasting time, we got a second opinion from Snake River ENT and by the next round of illness 3 weeks later, surgery was scheduled for tonsillectomy. While in surgery, additional missed adenoid tissue was also removed. Sad that it took this much to get what needed to get done, taken care of. She is currently still recovering from her surgery 1 week later and showing improvement already.

He almost scared the pants off me and that`s not an exaggeration, I thought I was either going to pee my pants or start crying!!!!!!!!! but through all that I think I understand why he acted that way. so many people come in to get help but when he tells them what they need they refuse his help so he wants to make sure the next person really wants to get fixed before you waist his precious time, UNDERSTANDABLE!!!!!!!!!! so I am going back and I am letting him fix me and he Smiled at me when I told him I wanted fixed.

Visited three times. Wasn't helpful, manner was condescending. Never going back.

Was in too much of a hurry to listen. Did not believe me when I explained my symptoms.
