Dr. Kyle John Alliman, MD

I have the highest respect for and confidence in Dr. Alliman. He has reviewed with me the the wet Macular Degeneration in my right eye, I had that several years before seeing him, and recently diagnosed a blood vessel leak in my other eye. Because of the loss of central vision in my right eye, he is taking all precautions with my left I and has prescribed excellent treatnent for it. You would be hard pressed to find a more competent andcaring retinal specialist

Dr. Alliman may be knowledgeable about his area of expertise however he minimizes procedures that can pose a serious risk to the patient. I would also question a physician of any kind who would ask a patient to sign an informed consent for a procedure when they are unable to read the information due to the dilation of their eyes obstructing their vision. Possibly, it is because Dr. Alliman is young and has not had enough experience to truly value the patient-physician relationship and the trust they place in him and his team to be respectful of each person. Case in point, referring to a contrast dye as "carrot juice" when one of the risk factors can be cardiac arrest.
