Dr. Kyle D Frei

I had a tooth break in half over the weekend and when calling dr. Frei’s office to make an emergency appointment Monday morning I was met with no concern and no resolution. There is no emergency line and calling over the weekend there’s no voicemail or way to contact the dentist outside of regular hours to find out how serious this dental emergency was. They asked if they could schedule an appointment for the next day, and gave me no other option to see another dentist in their office or any short term solution. After expressing concern I needed to find an appointment same day I was met with a cold “okay.” This is not the first experience with their office being impersonal and I’m switch providers and will not be back. Don’t go here if you want someone who cares about your well-being.

Have been going to him for about 20 years. Great dentist, gives you choices of procedures according to your desires and what you can afford. Fairly painless. Great staff. Very personable.

Dr Frei worked with me to repair and preserve existing teeth. He is personable, thorough and gentle. Does not try to sell something you don't want or need.
