Dr. Kyle Bradley French, MD

Dr. French and his staff are amazing. They are extremely patient and efficient. My 85 year old mom is hard to please and has white coat syndrome, when it comes to any physician. I always go with her to her appointments and we leave each visit understanding exactly what is going on and the course of treatment. Dr. French is great with her. What I like most —- anytime I call, Dr. French’s nurse always answers the phone, even if it’s just to schedule an appointment, so I have the chance to ask questions.

We love Dr. French. He is knowledgeable and takes time to listen. However, his nurse is the rudest person I have ever experienced. Each time I speak to her, she goes into length about what is and is not her job. She refuses to return calls or take time to go any out of her way to assist.

Extremely poor service by the nurses or nurse. They don't pickup the phone in a timely manner. Very bad attitudes...like they are mad at the world.

Love this place

Have dealt with Dr. French for over 2 years, and I am completely satisfied with his work..He always make sure I understand all that he says to me, as in treatments and things I can do to help to be a good patient. I rate him 4 stars!

My family loves Dr. French! I don't ususally like male physicians but I like him a lot. He is very knowlegable and answers question thoroughly. He does not rush me and is genuinely concerned with what is going on. He gives us options as far as treatments when needed. My husband, daughter, mother, aunt and brother all have him as a PCP. We also love his nurses and I have never waited longer then 5 minutes in the waiting room to be called back and no longer then 10 minutes for him to see me. Very Satisfied!

I thought all when well during my visit until my Insurance got the bill. I when in just for a annual check up but during the visit I said my shoulder hurt. Nothing was done to treat my shoulder but I was charged another office visit because I said it hurt. I was never told at the time that their would be another charge if I had been told that, if he treated my shoulder during my visit he would have to charge me I wouldn't have told him. I never new that every time you are asked questions during an annual physical, their could be another charge. I will not be going back nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Almost zero wait time. Not treated like a random patient. Dr. French sent my perscription over to the pharmacy for me so it was ready by the time I got there. Excellent.
