Worst bedside manner.. rude to patients and staff I will never trust him with my care of my mom

Dr Heron is very compassionate and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and what I had to do. He referred me to another doctor. I left with complete understanding 0f my problem wasn't as severe as I thought. I will be willing to go back and recommend him

Dr. Heron was very knowledgeable and compassionate. He spent time with me and explain what was going on and what I needed do. He refer me to another doctor. I left with a clear understanding I didn't have a severe situation as thought. Will be glad to go back and recommend him to anyone

I visited Dr. Herron for wrist pain and numbness. He is well educated, professional and personable. After thorough testing, I felt very comfortable with his diagnosis and treatment recommendations. He patiently explained my minimally invasive procedure for both Carpal Tunnel and de Quervain’s surgery, making sure I understood everything. The procedure went perfectly and the scarring is almost nonexistent. He is an expert hand surgeon and someone I would highly recommend to those who are in need of hand surgery.

After surgery he didn't want anything to do with me. I was in pain and he continued to put me off and send me to other Dr's. Very unprofessional. I'd leave messages and his MA would call me back. He refused to call himself. I will never go back to him. BAD DR
