It was great that I could get a same-day appointment. Bloodwork, a urine test and a CT scan were ordered. Two of the blood results were marked as abnormal but on diving into the detail, the abnormalities were unremarkable. Even so I expected a more prompt follow up to confirm my understanding. When I did get the follow up, the doctor assumed I was either feeling better or hadn't had the CT scan, whereas it was scheduled for that day and I was surprised he didn't know that. I got the results of the CT scan same day and after waiting two days and hearing nothing from the doctor, I reached out for feedback. The doctor called me later that day to discuss the results, but he didn't have the report yet! I talked through the findings and we agreed a way forward. I am also surprised that the doctor hasn't sent a message after reviewing the results himself, just to close the loop.

I appreciate Dr Hocquard always wants in knowing my medical history. He's on-top of my health and needs. I also never feel rushed. I hate when doctors walk in without any context - he NEVER does this. I feel well cared for.
