My last experience was the most positive I have had at the Totem Lake office. I really appreciated that my doctor had reviewed my file to know information we had discussed on a previous visit that related to my visit that day. I was offered a variety of options and able to discuss my comfort level with each (as opposed to being told what to do). I was considering changing offices and am very glad that I returned to Totem Lake. Dr. Jordan made me feel heard and respected. I felt he was very invested in my outcomes.
