I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and was given some paper s to fill out, after completing the papers I sat them on he counter after the staff over looked them I pick them up myself. I asked how long will it be? The reception said she would check she never came back with an answer . After waiting over 2 hours and 30 minutes. I finally seen Dr. Landauer. After going over my records he ask what could he do for me. I was totally disappointed with with this Doctor and his staff.

this Dr has absolutely no regard for your time whatsoever. almost every time ... 2 hours plus! really... who does he think he is? so... go ahead and make an appointment ... if you have ALL day.

I waited over 2 hours to be seen and then Dr. Landaurer's comments implied that my pain was in my head! Extremely disappointed!!

Waited for over 2 hours to be seen. Wishes that doctor Landauer would see me instead of his assistant. WIshes they would understand my pain and take more serious.
