In general the experience was very good. Specifically, Dr. Lawson is very courteous, a good listener, respectful and addresses all issues professionally and with respect. Appears knowledgeable and his explanations are clear and at the level of my comprehension. I did not feel belittled or dismissed. He understands the level of my comprehension and addresses me appropriately. He is receptive to my comments and suggestions.
