Dr. Kyle Stanley Pline, DO

I have had a patient/doctor relationship with Dr. Pline (Kyle) for several years now and I'm always treated like I'm his only patient. Spends a lot of time answering all of my concerns and see's me at a moments notice.

Had 2 "new patient" appointments for family members. Waited 30+ mins to get into a room each time then spent a ton of time with the nurse going over history information (couldn't I have provided that prior to the appointment???). Finally the doctor came and and started spouting off his knowledge of chemical compounds, unprofessional comments about he personal feelings towards other local physicians, etc. When I called the office to follow up on a prescription change the doctor wanted I never received a phone call back. When I saw the doctor in the office again I asked if he got my message he said he was sure he did - but he didn't get to respond. Overall the staff and physician didn't seem to care that they made us wait forever to get an appointment, get into the room with no apology or acknowledgement of the delays or hear back from them after leaving messages. Such poor customer service and just plain old disrespectful.

Dr. Kyle Pline has been my physician for about 8 years. He always spend a generous amount of time listening to my concerns from a medical perspective and is always aware of my life history and has been an important part of making sure I follow his directions.

He certainly doesn't work for the patient.How can you go to a primary care doctor and not even be physically assessed?Isn't that considered fraud?He has his own agenda and it does not include your problems.He fails to address primary complaints.He will not refer when it is needed.He is inexperienced and should refer if he doesn't know - not just ignore the problem.I don't know what their teaching in MED school, but I'd rather be treated by a nurse than this guy.

I had a condition that he could not diagnose and whenever I called the office to ask for lab work results or a question, I would never get a call back. The office seems very unorganized and they do not communicate well as a team. Dr. Pline also seems very arrogant to me. I am switching doctors immediately!

I have been to many physicians over the years and a common trend has been to dismiss the patients questions/concerns. Dr. Pline has been the first one who has been listened, explained, followed up, and when needed taken the extra time (makes it worth the wait, in my opinion). The office staff could use an attitude adjustment and some common courtesy when handling patient questions, however, it's a small burbon if you want a physician who involves you in your care and provides excellent overall care.

The staff is horrible. Receptionist up to doctor, they all have bad attitudes and poor customer service skills. I had many bad experiences with him. One was that he was trying to tell me I was depressed...when clearly I know I am not. He is a bit of a arrogant narcissistic, leaves the door open when he does his notes which is on a voice recorder so when I am standing in line to schedule my next appointment I can hear everything he has to say about me in his notes. His nurse is rude and distant. Receptionist lied to me on the phone and yelled at me to defend herself. Not a great place to go.

Great Doctor! Very caring. Listened to me with his full attention. Took his time and didn't hurry things through. Other doctors recommended Dr. Pline to me and am so happy they did--overall great experience. Thank you Dr. Pline!

I would highly recommend Dr. Pline. He spent a long time with me, explained my condition thoroughly, discussed further treatment, and scheduled follow-up appointments. The office staff was very professional and pleasant.
