Most horrible experience ever!!!! I I was just making an appointment. The employee Amy basically told me that because of me they had to move another patient who was diagnosed with cancer just to put in. She also let me know how the whole office heard of my situation and that the Doctor was upset!! Who tells patients this??? I ended up canceling my appointment since it was very clear they did not have my best interest at heart and who wants to get treated by a doctor who is upset with them???

After surgery not feeling well, receptionist ( while I am on the phone listening) . She talks to nurse, Mel, has no idea what I am feeling,, The nurse could have acted like she was concerned and wanted to help. Instead she suggest I go to my primary care . Dr Potts was very personable and professional, not at all what I expected from the nurse.

Dr Potts was extremely thorough, comforting and personable! The office was beautiful and the staff were all friendly.
