Customer service at Dent Neurology is very poor and causes dissatisfaction for people like me. The only way for patients to communicate with their doctor is through the patient portal, but the question we have is whether these important messages are actually read by the doctor or specialist or not. I needed a form signed that had to be signed electronically by a specialist doctor. I sent the form according to the relevant flowchart, and I even called the clinic and mentioned it in the patient portal. But after a few days, they contacted me and told me that I need to send or fax the form. I did all of that again, but after some time, they contacted me again and said that they would not sign it and that my family doctor should sign it instead. I asked them at least to give me a report letter so I could present it to another doctor or clinic, since I have been a patient at Dent for several years and this form should have been filled out by Dent based on my medical conditions. But they… even refused to do this, and now I really don’t know what to do.
