He refused to even see me despite a referral from my PCP and notes describing my daily debilitating symptoms. He gave no reason for denying me and he also denied me from seeing any other provider at MGH. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional and I am shocked that any doctor would deny a patient without reason. The receptionist told me it was probably because "no one could help me" but I do not understand how that can be determined if I have not been seen.

He told my client with an eating disorder that weight loss will be helpful down the road. Not a eating disorder safe doctor.

Dr Staller was very kind. He explained things. Answered all questions. I didn't feel rushed. Would definitely recommend him

The NP her works with is really great. I wish I could just see her. I was rather shocked by Dr Staller's attitude given he's supposedly an expert in the rare issue I have. He had a bit of an attitude and has this weird pigeonhole idea that people with the health issues I have are overly dramatic. I don't care for his attitude and I'm not going back.
