First of all when Dr Westhafer was injecting me with the novacaine, instead of easing the needle into my gums and slowly injecting me with the medicine, he was jabbing my gums and plunging the stuff into my gums. I could feel the novacaine was squirting out as he was injecting me and dripping on my tongue and back of throat! As I was being stabbed with the needle I’m gripping my shirt as hard as I could, eyes tearing up, and kicking my feet it hurt so bad. As soon as he made the last stabbing he got to work with pulling my wisdom teeth.........you mean you’re not gonna wait for the stuff to kick in first?? So he starts pulling. And I tell you he is giving it his all. Even had my lip pinned against my tooth. He was so rough with getting my teeth out, as a reflex, my hand jumped up to grab his hand but I bumped into his arm instead. Now that the novacaine wore off I am in THEE WORST PAIN of my life. My jaw HURTS. The roof of my mouth HURTS. My lip HURTS. And my face . I’ve had my one… wisdom tooth pulled before...........this experience made me realize how delightful that was.
