Took my daughter for 4 wisdom teeth removal. Poor instructions. He did the surgery on Friday and then closed the office for the weekend, followed by leaving town for almost 2 weeks, which we had no idea he was doing. She developed double dry socket and had severe pain. When I called Monday morning, they told me to take her to an ER because they didn’t have anyone who could see her or help her. They refused to give her anything for the pain. She was prescribed souped up ibuprofen and that had all been taken over the weekend. They refused to treat severe pain. They had agreed during consultation to do her leave of absence for college, then refused to give it. They said nobody there would have agreed to give it to her. She not only asked at consultation, but we called the day before the surgery. They said they couldn’t provide it until after the surgery, then refused afterward. The school even sent an email with the department of education requirements. They could not care less that her… hours count against her and she has to pay to make them up. After the complications with double dry socket started, they left us on our own. Denied her any extra days off from school, refused her any pain medication, and were rude. I recommend RUNNING away from this place. We had to find another dentist to help her. I wish I could have given zero stars. Horrible experience. I’ve never left a review in my life. I hope this saves someone else the misery of suffering, anxiety, no support during healing, and rude office staff. Look elsewhere
