I would never recommend this provider as it has taken them over a month to write an accomodations letter for my work. This is after multiple messages in the portal and phone call. The provider never followed up so I scheduled an appointment to talk to them. They told me that their nurse would get to the letter in four business days but the nurse did not. All doctors at this site are out this week so there's no way to find out why this happened. I have now scheduled another appointment to see why the letter is not done. This is completely unprofessional and incompetent not to mention inconsiderate behavior.

Kylie always starts with prompts to understand how I progressed with goals set at previous appointments. She is encouraging and realistic, assisting me with setting new goals, and making sure I understand how to achieve them.
