Kyndal Stevens, APRN-CNP, practices family medicine. Kyndal got into health care because she appreciates the science of medicine. “I love caring for patients in some of their most vulnerable states and value their trust in me to provide the best care possible,” she said. “I enjoy building …rapport with them and making them feel comfortable in a not-so-comfortable situation.” When teaching patients how to get healthy, Kyndal advises sticking to the basics. “Get up and get going, eat a balanced diet (calories in less than calories out) and get a good night’s sleep,” she said. “We do not get unhealthy overnight, so the path to a healthy lifestyle is a marathon, not a sprint! Doing something is better than doing nothing.” Kyndal’s personal interests include spending time with family, friends and her fur baby, Abbie; trying new restaurants; traveling and working out at CrossFit.
