Dr. Kyra Norris, MD

Didn’t get to see this doctor today. Turns out she was on vacation and her staff forgot to relay the message. I took time off work to make this appointment. I spoke with Julie Rose when I made the appointment and nobody informed me when that the doctor would be off. It took me over two months to get this appoinetment. Then she said the next appointment won’t be until septemeber, and that the office manager forgot to call me. I would like to be contacted by the office manager or Dr. Norris.

Dr. Norris and her staff are kind and very professional, they made me truly comfortable; I waited about 7 weeks for this appointment and it was well worth the wait.

NEVER mk afternoon appointments w ANY physicians bc they r very fatigued w their minds on going out the door, going home, than on u as the patient especially Dr Norris. U better off seeing her b4 noon after she's had breakfast & coffee.....

Went to Dr. Norris for diverticulitis flare up but she dismissed me and told me it was constipation despite me telling her I had had about 7 bouts of diverticulitis in the past. She refused to give me antibiotics and sent me home. A few days later, I'm in the hospital with diverticulitis. I was hospitalized for 4-5 days (can't recall) and treated. Had she listened to me, I wouldn't have been hospitalized and the insurance company could have saved themselves thousands of dollars in medical costs. This experience made me realize how inept she is and that I cannot trust her with my health.
