Dr. Kyungsook Cho Kim, DO

I could write a book on how awful she is. If you have any complex/chronic issues, it’s best to just avoid her. She has screwed up, multiple times, and then attempted to manipulate her way out of it. Very unethical, in my opinion. Hopefully she actually did retire and Geisinger didn’t just relocate.

Excellent, but no longer with Cooper since 2012

My original Dr retired and Dr Kim took over. Her bedside manner was horrible and she completely blew off a lump in my throat because she couldn't see or feel it. i've been dealing with this for over a year. I felt my appt in tears and found a new Dr who actually listens and felt the lump easily. Dr Kim didn't even run any standard tests (bloodwork). Now at as for my daughters appointment. She is 4 and has always loved the Dr's. my old Dr was very hands on and would talk to her rather than just going through the motions of his job. Dr Kim did not talk to her, she did a very quick check, and when she went to scrape the bottom of my daughters foot she never told her what she was going to do and wonders why she has a look of terror on her face. When you take something that looks like a knife to scrape across a kids foot, common sense tells you to explain what you are going to do. My sons 3yr appointment went very similar to my daughters, just to have his appointment with the new Dr for him… to hear a loud murmur. Luckily it's harmless, but better safe than sorry. Bottom line, horrible Dr. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone!
