Dr. Lavon Ross Clark, MD

Doctor Clark has been my Doctor since they opened the new clinic in Redding, decades. He understands PTSD better than any other doctor I have met. Knows about medications and cares about your entire health. Once after blood panel and lab test, he noticed I had bad bacteria in my stomach, H Chlor Pilorri or something which could lead to stomach cancer. Dr Clark called to tell me about it and he was sending medicine to cure it. Not another doctor in my life has called, truely concerned about my test results. He is the Best!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Clark at the VA Clinic for over 6 years now and he's great! Even though our appointments don't last for usually more than 1/2 hour, he makes sure to ask me about everything he took notes on for the visit before. He makes sure he doesn't miss anything. He checks all my medications before I leave and renews the ones I need. He is genuinely concerned about me and I really enjoy my visits with him. I wish all doctors were as personable and responsible as Dr. Clark!

I don't believe Ross Clark cares about his patience in the least. I believe he just wants to get through the day and go home. He will do the minimum he has to to help you. Redding V.A. is very good overall but Dr. Ross Clark will do almost nothing to help a Veteran. Find someone else. This person has no sense of anything or he just truly doesn't care. I believe its both.
