Dr. L Paul Antoine Sanon, MD

I had maybe about 4 sessions with Dr. Sanon, he was professional and courteous however there were times when I felt that he was inappropriately judgemental. For me the last straw was when he made an insulting/disparaging comment about my hometown area. I found that he was very judgemental of anything or anyone that wasn't from "New York City", claiming that smaller cities outside of this one have nothing to offer.

Probably the best human I’ve met in my life. I don’t even have the words to describe the impact he has had on my physical health and mental well-being. He cares...I don’t even know where he finds it in him to care so genuinely for so many. He will see you, hear you and will not judge. He is fair and oh-so-measured. He has seen it all—and will get you to chill out and realize the world is an ok place. I promise, you will be a better person for meeting him.

A knowledgable doctor, wants to help with as little side-effects as possible.

Argumentative fails to listen closed minded

Dr. Sanon is the best! Had it not been for his insistence that I get a MRI, I might not have lived too much longer. The results showed that I had a very large, old and complicated brain tumor. I was admitted to the hospital the same day I had the MRI and have undergone 4 brain tumor related surgeries and radiation therapy . The tumor was benign but the neurosurgeon could only remove 70% of it; therefore, the radiation was for the remaining 30%. I am basically doing fine now and after almost 8 months, I have returned to work. Might I add, Dr. Sanon is an excellent professional who is very compassionate and caring. He has my highest regard and respect.

I am very satisfied with the care he provides. Ive worked with other psychiatrists and he is someone who truly cares about his patients. Hes always professional yet approachable. He worked closely with me to minimize the amount of medication I take while finding stability. I would recommend this doctor to others.

This is an excellent doctor in every way.
