Dr. Lac Hong Pham, MD

He was nice to my child, but condescending to me- made all kinds of assumptions about my political leanings and such from our discussion. Thought his comments were inappropriate to a doctor visit. Went once, never went back and was happy when he was switched by insurance. Never got to see Vivian, who was listed on his card. Might have liked her better. He is very old school. Not right for us.

Our children have always seen Dr. Pham, or an associate in his office. He is a very good doctor, and takes the time to get to know his patients. He has helped us to keep our family healthy for many years.

I have been with this doctor for 5 years. Same day appointments are easy to get. Even when my child was new, they gave me same day appointment! I love the old staff and the new staff. Dr. Vivien Pham is very professional, my daughter loves her. Dr. Lac Pham goes straight to point, not games with him, and I love that about him. I recommenced this doctor hands down.

I LOVE THE STAFF , THE GIRLS ARE THE BEST WITH MY KID. THE KIDS LOVE EVERYONE AT THE OFFICE. THEY ENJOY THE TREATS AND STICKERS AFTER SEEING THE DOCTORS AND THE STAFF. WE LOVE THIS DOCTORS OFFICE AND WILL CONTINUE TO GO UNTIL OUR KIDS CAN NOT ANYMORE .

It's sad that I am actually changing doctors (becasue I actually like Dr. Pham) but his office staff is absolutely horrible!! I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. I am not even sure why Dr. Pham keeps them around, they have to hurt the business. RUDE!

Our first experience with this doctor was a very poor one. I don't know if we caught him on a bad day, but he was impatient and rude, reprimanding a nurse in front of us and making us feel like idiots for putting a diaper in the trash can. After that (i'm not sure why we didn't switch doctors), there were no other real problems, he seemed to know a lot about babies and was far more curteous than the first encounter. I will say that a nurse came within 3 seconds of giving my baby the wrong shot, but luckily the doctor walked by and noticed! The office staff, however, is probably the worst i've ever dealt with. At times i've waited over an hour (with an appointment!). Our insurance changed, and they convinced us to hold off on shots and change the type of insurance. After two months it turned out I coudn't get it switched, so we needed to switch doctors. We've been waiting 3 weeks for them to fax over my child's records. They claim to be incredibly busy...Even so, I don't know what it's… going to take to get my son's records, he's now very behind on his shot schedule! They don't seem to care!!!

Dr. Pham is the best if you want the truth he will give it to you and he helps you not spend out on medicine if it's something you can use over the counter he will tell you and my kids LOVE HIM!!! AND HE'S TO THE POINT!!!

Dr. Pham prescribes a antibiotic for everything he is ripping medicade off by charging for expanded office visits when he spends 1 second with my child. He is rude and does nor respect what it is you want for your child

Dr. Lac Pham use to be my dr when I as a kid, I am now an adult and trusted Dr. Pham with my first child even though it has been years since I have seem him. His front desk assistant is exteremely unfriendly. She makes you feel like an inconvenience to her day. As you are sitting in the waiting room you cant help but to notice the dirt. Then when you get back to the room you wait which is normal but then you also notice more dirt. I understand there office has been around for a long time, but atleast take a mop to the floor and clean the enviornment you expect us to put our children in. When you are with the dr, everything is always just "okay". Now that I have decided to go somewhere else, I have noticed such a complete difference. I have been telling Dr pham since my son was about 4 months old he has conctipation. Now I know its actually chronic constipation, and all dr pham said was its normal. Its not normal when my 14 month old cries when he has to go to the bathroom and is afraid… to because hes so conctipated and his stool is so hard. After 25 years of my mother brining her children there and now I bring my own, shame on them for not taking care of their long time loyal patients. I actually called the other day to ask the front desk when my son is due for his immunizations, because they dont give you anything to tell you when...she told me "can you like call back later we are really busy!...that was the last straw for me.
