Dr. Lacesha Brintley, MD

My mother had gallbladder surgery performed by Dr. Lacesha Brintley in June 2023, and it was an absolute nightmare. Dr. Brintley was not thorough during the procedure, leaving behind gallstones that caused a bile leak. This led to a severe infection and sepsis, which nearly cost my mother her life. She had to endure three months of hospitalization, being transferred between two different hospitals, before doctors finally diagnosed and fixed the complications caused by Dr. Brintley’s negligence. The entire ordeal was traumatic and completely preventable if the surgery had been done properly from the start. Dr. Lacesha Brintley is, without a doubt, the worst doctor you will ever encounter. Her lack of care, professionalism, and attention to detail is appalling. It is clear that she does not prioritize her patients’ well-being, and the consequences of her actions speak for themselves. My mother’s experience was not just disappointing; it was dangerous and life-threatening. I would not… recommend Dr. Lacesha Brintley to anyone. If you value the health and safety of yourself or your loved ones, avoid her at all costs.

From the moment I met her, i knew she would ensure I was taken of. Very knowledgeable, very encouraging and always about the needs of her patients first!! She followed up with me for my 3 day hospital stay which I have never had a Dr do before so that in itself showed me how much she cares for people and she is about her business.

Dr. Brintley is awesome both in talent, wisdom, conscientiousness, and character. She visited me daily to assure I was out of danger.The tests said negative. She knew better. She saved my life!! - Durry Nkanga.

I had seen dr brintley in providence briefly because i had severe pain in my stomach turns out my gallbladder needed to come out she came in on a sunday after church but from the moment i seen and delt with her i knew i wanted her to perform whatever it was i needed very articulate, knowledgeable, caring and well dressed (love a doctor thats sharp and care about there appearance ) i had Google her and i seen some very negative reviews about her some quite alarming, put those suprised me because i didnt get none of those feelings or signs from her. I have a long road ahead of me so we will see but as of right now 4 days after surgery im good.

Wow!!!! What a blessing from the Creator... Dr Brintley is the absolute greatest physician / surgeon of our generation. I admire her style and her passion for her craft. She's a perfectly balanced professional. Thanks you for Dr.Brintley

Quite possibly the worst physician in the state of Michigan. Arrogant and incompetent.

Dr Brintley is an excellent surgeon. Very knowledgable, effecent, and precise. She is caring and goes above and beyond what other surgeons would have done.

Terrible Scarring. I have had several surgies and this one left me with the worst scarring; additionally I had muscle numbness for over a year after the surgery.The doctor does not believe in giving pain medication, even directly after surgery.

Dr. Brintley is an awesome surgeon who really cares about her patients. It was a pleasure having her take care of me.
