Hi, my name is Lacy, and I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner serving clients in New Jersey. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, insomnia and sleep issues, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. I’ve been in nursing for over 13 years and completed my master’s and psychiatric training at California State University. I’m passionate about destigmatizing mental healthcare, and together with my colleagues at Lavender Psychiatry, I’m on a mission to create a world where feelings are felt, respected, and cared for.

My therapeutic style is characterized by warmth, engagement, and a genuine personal connection. I believe in establishing a strong, collaborative relationship with each client, where we work together to make informed decisions about their treatment. I chose to be a psych NP because I cannot imagine doing anything else in my life except for helping those who are finding their way and their voice.
