Dr. Ladan Amini-Oroumi, MD

This doctor told me there are no medications to treat arthritis and she filled out very important paperwork the complete opposite of what she told me she was going to do. Do yourself a favor and don't ever put your health in her hands. She's also rude when she speaks to you and had her face mask under her nose when she was speaking to me in close range.

Staff is rude. Unable to bill properly and try to charge twice. Horribly customer service, due to billing conflict, they turn away patients... telling them to pay the bill and reschedule their appointment. Doctor seems to google symptoms to give a treatment plan. Strongly advice others not see this doctor or office.

Front staff is rude and very unprofessional, as a medical office manager, I am so disappointed. Wrong prescriptions are called in, claims are not filed properly and doctor always seems preoccupied. All you ever get told is well "we are so busy". I would not recommend this doctor or this office.
