Dr. Ladan Ilkhanizadeh, MD

Waited 4 months for a new patient appt. Gave me bloodwork and never called me with results like she promised. Wouldn’t let me make follow up appt since she said she would call. Now I can’t get an appt to treat my anxiety depression like she said she would help me after the bloodwork results.

My doctor of many years recently retired so I had to find a new doctor. I made an appointment with Dr. Ilkhani based on research I did online and reviews. She was very pleasant and attentive. She took her time and listened, I did not feel rushed. I've seen other reviews criticising the office staff. I did not have this problem. I would say they act professional and some people might view this as unfriendly. They know what they're doing and I had no issues. The only complaint I have is the time it took to get an appointment as a new patient (2 months}. If I was just switching doctors it would not have been an issue. Since my last doctor retired without giving me advance warning this was a problem.

Used to feel like she cared. Haven't felt that for the past three visits. She basically told me "go to a specialist for your problems". Left me feeling abandoned. Then cancelled my appointment for a high BP check.

Dr. Ilkhani is a friendly and helpful woman. She listens and offers suggestions. She prescribes medicine that makes me well right away. She follows up with tests as necessary, and calls me personally, and promptly, with the results. Dr. Ilkhani sent me to a foot doctor, who fixed a problem I had been suffering with for 5 years. One problem with the Cedar Bridge medical practice is that they do not answer their phones. But that has nothing to do with Dr. Ilkhani. Maybe they need to hire more front desk people?
