Explained everything and answered my many questions. Her treatment has really helped me.

Spent a lot of time answering my many questions. Brought me after exam into her office to discuss my diagnosis and the different options that would help me. She was gentle and listen to me and I felt so comfortable with her. I would definitely recoomend her! She was so through offering me many options.

Dr. Kaplan prescribed my mom antibiotics while treating her for a UTI. My mom was skeptical about this medication because it was new to her. Dr. Kaplan PUSHED the antibiotics on my mom and as a result of taking the medication, my mom ended up in an ER. My mom had such a horrible reaction to this antibiotics, she broke out in to HIVES, had a HIGH FEVER and as a result of this medication, my mom's liver enzymes increased (which is not good) and opacities in her liver appeared (also not good). My mom has been recovering for two weeks already. Not one phone call from Doctor Kaplan. Her PA was called and informed, but the PA arrogantly denied that it was due to medication, even though 4 doctors confirmed it was due to the antibiotics. Doctor Kaplan did not even want to see my mom, no follow up, nothing! Doctor Kaplan sits in her bougie office thinking that makes are a brilliant doctor. It does not... she is a HORRIBLE doctor!

8 weeks post Hysterectomy with Bladder repair and mesh sling. Dr. Yurteri-Kaplan is a very smart and skilled surgeon. Amazed at my recovery, little pain after first week. Just the feeling of heaviness when standing. Excellent bed side manner and a gentle yet thorough surgical touch!

I am still bruised from the metal extensions for the legs that come out from the gynecology table that were left out and when I stood up, I bumped into them. No courtesy from the assistants (or whoever they were, young girls) . I spent 2 hours in the room, mostly waiting. At the end of the examination, one assistant told me to just go. Really? After 2 hours spent there I would like to know the doctor's findings and ask questions about possible treatments. The doctor was quick to offer a lot of invasive treatments that would probably cost my insurance a lot, but I am looking for more gentle solutions, as I am not willing to go through so much stress and pain. A doctor should first offer the least invasive and easier treatments and if those don't work, move to radical surgery. NO, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR and i don't trust her judgement.

She did my surgery. She spent the extra time with me to make me feel comfortable. Great bedside manner and great surgeon.

Very kind, good bed side manner. Very smart and knowledgeable at the same time, was very impressed.
