Dr. Laena Marie Karnstedt, MD

She stopped taking our insurance mid year and never told us. Overall the office experiences were haphazard.

Her office is clean and smells fresh. From the reception to the doctor I felt like a patient or friend not a paycheck. They got me in the next day I called. Very happy so far.

Thank our Lord that someone like Dr.Karnstedt has been bestowed upon us. I have followed her for 12 years and never have I had a complaint. Her staff are always pleasant and seem very adept at their positions. They are all smiles and everyone there is so caring and concerned. They Vetted out all the specialists they refer me to and ask for feedback from those visits. The specialists all rave about her so I can't be any happier. Thank you Ladies and Dr.K for your dedication to the profession.

Dr. K's office, we love yall & think the world of her. I don't know if I've ever told her why I chose her as mom n dads dr. But I never had contact with her when we worked in the same large clinic she previously worked, but the patients raved about her in the area that I worked. Plus the nursing staff would all talk about how she always took her own stand on issues & that showed diversity & strong belief. She's awesome! Dr's like her are RARE & we are blessed to have found her. Once I heard from other staff that she had an elder couple that the man just couldn't really clean his wife. They were kind of an odd couple, loud somewhat obnoxious. Most of us receptionists dreaded dealing with them. One day dr K used her own time to help bathe this woman & the compassion she showed to them, I though that's who I want my parents to see a Dr just like that and so here we are all seeing her years later. Mom dad, me, my daughter, my old friend & now my mate. Your Dr. Karnstedt is a special lady,… but I know I don't have to tell you that!! :)))

We have several chronic, serious conditions. Dr. Karnstedt and her staff are always attentive, informative, accurate, and available for unforeseen problems. We couldn't be more pleased. Five Stars!

Dr. Karnstedt is very nice, kind and caring and does spend her time and listen to you. Or does she? I often feel like she's staring at her laptop diagnosing you through medlineplus more than actually being a doctor. Her staff are nice and courteous, but I do not believe I will be returning. I need someone who listens and understands the gravity of the symptoms I've developed over the months.
