Dr Brooks and her team are excellent very caring , understanding ,respectful and friendly

Dr. Brooks is fine and spends a good amount of time with child and I have no issue with her at all. I think she is very good at what she does and my child likes her. My issue is with the staff or one particular person who schedules the appointments. She takes a long time to call you back and when she does she is very rude. The thought of scheduling an appointment for my child feels me with dread because I know I have to deal with this particular individual and put up with her unnecessary rudeness.

We have been seeing Dr. Brooks for 8 years I love her she really takes the time to get to know you and your children. Over the past two years I have been very dissatisfied our visits seem rushed and the staff is unpleasant. The receptionist in my opinion is very rude every time I come in the wait times are long I waited over an hour before I was seen not to mention I showed up 20 min early to my appointment. After seeing several people come in after me and get called back I asked the receptionist if they could tell me what time my appointment was for she tells me 3:00. Well it seems they wrote down and gave me the wrong apt time. Funny thing is I even called that morning just to confirm the time and they told me 2:00 I had written down 1:45 when in their system they had 3:00 I didn’t get seen till after 3:20 with no apologies or anything.

Very Patience , very nice Doctor, very Professional, Very good bedside manner, She listen and spend time with her Patience l highly recommended her, my kids just love Her. and her staff is very Courteous.
