Dr. Kuang came to Noyes to join Dansville Anesthesia and Pain Treatment Services immediately after completing his fellowship in Pain Management in the summer of 2010. He was familiar with the Finger Lakes area of western NY State because he completed his undergraduate education at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, and he completed his medical training at the University of Connecticut, Farmington, CT. His anesthesia residency was at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, FL. Dr. Kuang has joined the Active Medical Staff at Noyes.
