Lai-Yuan Liu, MD

I have grown tired of Continuucare and Lai-Yuan Liu. He failed to inform me of a stress on my heart until more than 1 year after the EKG. That was about 7 or 8 visits later. He freely gives out medication and I suspect his blood pressure machine is not calibrated.The office staff is a complete joke. There is a male nurse in there that got very personal with me over the phone and in the office to the point where I figure it was just a matter of time until he was confident enough to make a move on me. When it became clear I am heterosexual and not interested in spending time with him he became a real jerk.The wait time is ridiculous. The waiting area is hot and sometimes there are no seats available. Sometimes you have to wait as much as an hour. If I am lucky I might be able to get an appointment in 2 weeks, but most of the time I have to wait 3 weeks. I think this is because Dr. Liu tells his patients to come back every 10 days for a follow up and he does this 3 times a month every 4… months. It seems to me the only thing he wants to see when you come to his office is your money. I don't have money to blow every 10 days to a doctor who doesn't listen to me and operates like a crooked thief.

I went to see Dr.Li u during my lunch hour, he told the secreteray to let me in. In my opinion his bedside manner goes beyond four. I thank God the day he send Dr. Lui to me. All his patiens loves him, he is so peaceful. wel spoken

Dr. Liu is an excellent doctor who takes good care of his patients. Verry understanding and compassionate to his patients needs.
