I caught her stealing medications and taking them home.

Dr. Akhbarati has her own self fish agenda to full fill. When I first met her, I disliked her. She does not liked to be questioned or challenged by a patient who has an advanced educational degree and knows what they are talking about. Dr. Akhbarati blatantly lied to me in front of 2 staff members. I called a meeting with her and the Director because of her lies and poor quality of help I was receiving from her. She told the director I was getting high from my medication, but when asked about the times she noticed I was high, she had nothing to say. She also told the Director I needed to be in an Addiction Group when I attend AA meetings regularly and have 18 years of continuous sobriety. I am still composing my grievance against her and her distrusting practices. And just think she earns $177,000.00 a year - for what? She needs to be back in her country and not here trying to prove something about herself at the cost of her patient's health!!
