She has NO bedside manner at ALL. She is very rude. She won’t remember your name or you as a person. Every time I see her, it’s like seeing her for the first time. If it wasn’t for the patient records in the system she would know me from a can of paint. I’m done with her. I will be going to Dr. Bose!! She is a sweet as pie and is located RIGHT NEXT DOOR to her!!

This lady is rude, intimidating. I would physically get I’ll when it was time for my visit. Thank going to her for two years and she promised me that if I would stick with her she would get me well. She would put me on different meds and if I had a reaction to them she would get upset. So glad I finally made the decision to change doctors

Dr. Laila Hassan makes her judgments about you quickly and without waiting to hear what your health issues are. She is confident without being accurate. I received much better care from Dr. Hema Salvady, who listened and discovered the Rheumatoid Arthritis quickly. Dr. Hassan said it wasn't possible for me to have RA with a negative blood test but in actuality, 20% of patients with RA have positive MRI results and a negative blood test. She dismissed my swelling, stiffness and pain because of the blood test. Dr. Salvady listened and pursued the answers.

Staff friendly & helpful

When I registered at the front desk they asked for my ID and insurance card. I gave it to them. She then called me back to the window and demanded my insurance card I told her I had already given it to them. She raised her voice and told me that I didn’t until the other receptionist picked it up of the floor behind the assistants chair. They finally called me in and had me undress for a Bone scan. The tech asked me a couple of personal questions and realized that I didn’t need a bone scan. I redressed and was asked to wait in the hall. I saw Dr. Hassan who had a really bad bedside mansor. She gave me orders to have an X-ray and blood work done. I had them done.A couple of weeks later her office called to schedule an appointment. But I was told I couldn’t have an appointment until my balance was paid off. Wow!! I asked about a payment plan because I’m on disability and live on a fixed income. The office manager Replied NO nothing like that is available. So regardless of the pain I’m in… they still refused to give me an appointment. Do yourself a favor do not visit this uncaring, unorganized office.

She talks so loudly that her voice can be heard in the outer waiting room as well as the complete interior of her office. She tries to have dry wit but if she is not in a good mood it becomes verbally and emotionally abusive. She blames you if your blood work is bad and makes insulting remarks. She says the internet is garbage. She had no ability to have empathy or compassion for her patient. She simply does not hear you. I have Autoimmune Disease with many issues. After seeing her for one year I was much worse. After a particularly bad verbally abusive visit in Dec. 2017, I left the office telling her staff that I wanted someone to help me - not insult me. She simply does not hear you. It's not about you - it's about her.

Rude, uncaring, no diagnosis or prognosis, only intimidation and ridicule; I’d give no stars if I could.

My husband had been misdiagnosed and had been going to an orthopedic doctor who was having him go to therapy three times a week. Instead of getting better the pain his pain was increasing so that he needed help to get out of bed and help with dressing. Our family doctor (who had originally sent him the orthopedic doctor), said that it might be rheumatism and recommended Dr. Hassan. We called for an appointment and were told the first available was two months away. When we explained about the pain Dr. Hassan agreed to come into the office early the next day so that she could see him. She gave him a thorough exam and gave him an injection for immediate relief and put him on methotrexate. He takes a blood test a week before he sees her and she has referred him to a kidney specialist and to a hematologist. He will always have arthritis and some of the discomfort that goes with it, but he is able to function and to enjoy life. He has been seeing Dr. Hassan for 5 years now and we… think she is wonderful. Her office staff is efficient and businesslike, the nurses are friendly. She is very busy and you sometimes have to wait for as long as 30 minutes, but when you see her she takes the time to explain things and she is very caring.

Did not even call me back with my lab results and was extremely rude and dismissive while I was there. I waited 3 hours to see her. I will calling to let her know what I think of her, her staff, and her professionalism as a medical provider.
