The Best doctor,the best ,caring ,very smart physician.Saw many different docs,have never had any better Never wait for a doc for more then 5 minutes,spends a lot of time with me every time

Was on physical with dr. Laina Feinstein and she refused to discuss my health untill my test results are ready, then invited after tests come she didn't show up instead sent some assistant who only told me to take Vitamin D and see another doctor (could have told me this by phone) without any explanation and charged me for that appointment and all the test as non preventive called her office , was told that doctor was very busy , left a messege but she never called back. Stuff was badmouthing some patients while other patients was sitting in a waiting room which was very rude and unprofessional , I wonder if they would do the same about me . Never ever come to this doctor again and never recommend.

I have been coming here for years and the staff has never been completely friendly or helpful. However, today was the first time I had an issue with Dr. Laina Feinstein. My appointment was made over the phone and I was offered a 10:30 appointment wbuch I accepted. I arrived at 10:20 (early for the time I was given). When I was taken to the back the room thst was prepared for me was taken by another patient so they had me wait in the hallway. As soon as another patient left the nurse changed the paper on the seat but cleaned no other part of the room, she didnt even wipe the patient table down. Next she closes the door and I hear Dr. Feinstein in the hallway YELLING to a man who was telling her I was there for a physical "i dont care why shes here, shes 2 hours late. Ask her why shes late. I'm not doing it". I just KNEW she wasnt talking about me since I was early. But when the door opened it was a man, Peter. I asked if she was talking about me, he explained that they had put me on… the book as 9:30am. I told him I was told 10:30 multiple times during my call (I had also made them aware of my name change which also had not been noted). Peter was VERY nice, apologetic and professional. He started the exam, then Dr. Feinstein came storming in with a terrible attitude. She was speaking AT me with a harsh tone. She got up to storm out and I stopped her to tell her that I was NOT late and she pretty much just shrugged and stormed out. I am a healthcare provider myself. It is completely unacceptable to trest patients like this. Especially when the blame lies on YOUR staff. Peter (I think he was a PA) was the only pleasant and redeeming part of my visit. I will NEVER be returning to this office.

Very thorough doctor. Saw her as a new patient and was much more thorough in blood work and eval than my last doctor. very nice personality as well. took a lot of time with me and answered all my questions.

Did not bill physical correctly and would not change codes to preventative. Expected us to pay for all services rendered. Will not recommend this doctor.

Dr Feinstein is both straight to the point and easy to talk to. As stated in her mission statement she integrates both traditional and alternate medicine. She is very attentive and ready to answer a question on the phone if need be. Overall highly recommended.
